Generes Discussions

Today in class we discussed with people about the various Genres we will be working in for project three.

In my writing group:

Zach is working on a poster, infographic, and poem.

Zach made a great point that with hsi poem he wanted to bring in an emotional aspect. His topic is very dense with facts, so I think this will provide a great balance.

Lauren is working on a poster, poem, and website.

Lauren had the idea of making a very intricate poster in the shape of the sign for "interperator". We discussed how this may be difficult, but would pay off in the long run.

Grant is working on a brochure, website, and powerpoint.

Grant is developing great ideas on connecting his genres.
