Stanislavski's Method is a forgein concept to many. But, people speand years studying and perfecting the method. Here are some of the main points to it down for a better understanding.

"The Method" and Stanislavski's Method are the same thing. The terms are used interchangably.

Other acting methods have branched off of Stanislavski's work. These include: Uta Hagen, Viewpoints, and Mesiner, to name a few. ​

An essential part of Stanislavski's method is emotional memory. Emotional memory calls for an actor to recollect their emotions at a specific point in time. Then use this emotional recall for their work as an actor.
